Alexis has spent time working within mental health unit teams, where she was the Program Coordinator with the Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Unit at Rozelle Hospital in the early 1990’s.Alexis has been a member of the Nurses and Midwives Board Tribunal and Professional Standards Committee since 1995.Alexis was the Nurse Unit Manager of the Delivery Ward at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital for 19 years.She had an active involvement in all aspects of childbirth, including antenatal assessment, delivery, resuscitation, neonatal and postnatal care.
He also holds a Diploma of Child Health from The University of Sydney.
Alexis will provide you with compassionate midwifery support throughout your pregnancy, offering expert knowledge or reassurance when questions or concerns arise.
Alexis is available Monday to Friday to assist you.
On his return to Australia, Dr Morris worked as a staff specialist at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital with an interest in high-risk obstetrics, before commencing private practice as a Consultant Obstetrician Gynaecologist in 2002.
Dr Morris is an examiner for RANZCOG and a training supervisor for registrars in obstetrics and gynaecology.
